When faced with the anger or indignation of other drivers, what is your response?
If you respond in kind (hand gesture to hand gesture - vile curse word to vile curse word - or, worse yet, aggressive pursuit to "show them who's boss") are you really any better than they were?
One bad driver is a problem. A like-minded response means there are now two bad drivers on the road.
You've seen it, I'm sure. If you're the innocent third party, you probably understand all too well the increased danger inherent in two maniacs vying for road supremacy.
Today, tomorrow, or whenever the next encounter with road rage occurs, think about your place in the continuum of road etiquette. Where do you really want to be?
